PALM BEACH GARDENS –Two of Palm Beach County’s most successful builders, Sterling Communities and Gordon Homes, will collaborate at San Michele in Palm Beach Gardens.

A gated neighborhood of 90 exclusive, luxury estate residences featuring four-, five- and six-bedroom floorplans, San Michele is pre-construction priced from the $600,000s to well over $1 million.

Based on Sterling Communities’ and Gordon Homes’ highly successful runs at Mizner’s Preserve and Grande Orchid Estates, San Michele will be designed more like a private club without the country club expense. The intimate community will reflect the two builders’ signature niche for intimate neighborhoods, centered around a social, fitness and clubhouse gathering place.

San Michele’s clubhouse, The Venetian Club, boasts an expansive fitness center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment, a social room and tropically landscaped swimming pool, as well as two lighted Har-Tru tennis courts.

The community’s entry will be manned 24-hours a day. Within minutes of San Michele are private and public schools, The Gardens Mall, restaurants and beaches.

“As with each of our professional partnerships, Sterling Communities carefully evaluated builders to select a partner who would share in our vision of excellence at San Michele,” said Paul Asfahl, president Sterling Communities. “We’re delighted to be working alongside Gordon Homes at this exciting new community. After diligent research in the Palm Beach Gardens residential market, we are convinced that today’s estate home buyers want a luxury community that focuses on families searching for the perfect intimate neighborhood setting. Our past communities have set records for incredible sales and we look forward to bringing this concept to Palm Beach Gardens.”

Sterling Communities is developing Sorrento Village at San Michele, a community of one- and two-story designs with four- to six-bedrooms and five- to seven-and-a-half baths, as well as three-car garages. Ten home designs at Sorrento range from 3,596 to 5,417 square feet of air-conditioned space.

“Sterling Communities’ style for developing successful luxury home communities such as Mizner’s Preserve really complements the way we do business at Gordon Homes,” said Rob Gordon, chief operating officer for the family-owned builder/developer. “We are completely hands on, and our attention to detail translates to distinctive and unique architectural details and versatile, family-friendly designs. We’re also thrilled to be partnering with Sterling in the north end of the county. San Michele offers a diverse range of product with a singular mission – to present luxurious estate homes in a country club-styled, intimate neighborhood -- all without the country club expense and policies.”

Within San Michele, Gordon Homes is developing the neighborhood of Tuscany Village, an enclave of one- and two-story designs ranging from 3,887 to 6,153 square feet of air-conditioned space. Eight home designs are offered, ranging from four-bedrooms to six-bedrooms. All homes include today’s finest luxuries, such as granite marble flooring, crown molding, a pool package, three- and four-car garages, and more.

Gordon Homes has been recognized with awards for “Family Business of the Year,” “Entrepreneur of the Year,” and Rob Gordon has been noted as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s “Man of the Year,” and the South Florida Business Journal’s “Up and Comer” award.
